Clinical Therapy with Alek
Our owner, Alek, has over thirteen years of experience and expertise. In order to schedule with him, you must select Clinical Therapy. His sessions are very specific combining anatomical restructuring, myofascial release and deep Therapeutic techniques to provide long lasting relief from chronic or acute pain. These sessions are intense and will most likely leave you sore for one to three days following treatment, but the results are well worth it.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is geared towards bringing relief to specific pain patterns you may be experiencing from injuries, overuse or other physical problems. Our main focus is on your myofascial tissue, which governs all your movement and habitual holding patterns. We use a wide range of modalities including active release, myofascial release, Deep Tisue, trigger point and more. These sessions can be intense and will leave you with great results.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage therapy applies deeper pressure that allows us to release chronic muscle tension and stored stress. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue and fascia creating an experience that brings relief and relaxation. You will leave feeling rejuvenated!
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation! Enough said.... this is typically a full body massage. This session will leave you feeling amazingly restored physically and mentally.
Prenatal Massage
Offering expecting Moms relief from the pain and stress of pregnancy. At Body Revival, we understand your pain and know how to bring relief to your discomfort, making your pregnancy more enjoyable.
Stretching Session
This is an hour session that will definitely leave you more flexible than when you came in. We will be holding stretches for lengthy periods of time, allowing your Golgi Tendons to fully relax and adjust to the stretch. This is a wonderful treatment for athletes pre and post competition!
Chinese Cupping
This modality is used with massage therapy to bring faster results and help relieve deep holding patterns in connective tissue. Cupping is a method of creating a vacuum on the patient's skin using suction cups to dispel stagnation (stagnant blood and lymph), releasing deep fascial tissue connections, thereby improving qi flow and mobility of the tissue.
